Provide instant support helpdesk style with this hand utility. Nothing to install on either client or viewer. Simply have your client download the small "Instant Support" utility and have them double click it, the file will open showing a number, tell that number to your helpdesk provider to log into the PC your are providing assistance to.

It works for a number of operating systems.
