BlackBerry Enterprise Server v.5.0, find your SRP number in the BlackBerry Administration Service
You might need to look up a Server Routing Protocol (SRP) number for a number of reasons, including to determine connectivity for BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, confirm a BlackBerry® smartphone user’s routing information, or upgrade to BlackBerry Enterprise Server software v5.0.
If you already have BlackBerry Enterprise Server v.5.0, here’s how to find your SRP number in the BlackBerry Administration Service.
- Under Servers and Components, expand BlackBerry Solution Topology.
- Expand BlackBerry Domain.
- Expand Server View.
- Expand the desired BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
- Click on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server name.
- In the right pane, click on Edit Instance.
- In the right pane, under SRP information, the SRP Identifier (ID) can be found (and modified) in the SRP ID field.
If you are running a version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server earlier than 5.0, here are the steps to locate the SRP ID in your organization’s BlackBerry Enterprise Server environment.
BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for Microsoft® Exchange:
